Unified Technology Group is proud to have delivered a full floor refurbishment, including the introduction of two premium spec suites on Level 8 at 66 Goulburn Street.

Our scope involved a complete strip-out of the existing tenancy, followed by the installation of new split chassis Distribution Boards with authority metering, C-Bus DALI lighting controls, general power throughout, and a Panduit Cat-6A structured cabling solution.

A key focus for the team was the seamless integration of services within the open ceiling design. Through meticulous planning and careful coordination, all cabling reticulation was executed to maintain a clean, sharp architectural finish.
